大家好！Good Morning!

几年前，我在市里工作时，就听说过英华学校。当我到武清任职的第四天就来到了英华学校调研。今天，我又非常高兴参加英华国际高中2011届毕业典礼。

I heard of Yinghua when I worked in Downtown a few years ago. On the fourth day of my work in Wuqing, I came to visit Yinghua. Today I am so glad that I can come to this Graduation Ceremony of 2011.

    英华国际学校，你们有先进的办学理念，有优秀的教师队伍，有现代化的教学设施，有家长的信任，有社会的认可，你们取得了骄人的成绩，特别是国际化特色突出，不仅是武清教育的一面旗帜，而且已成为天津市基础教育的一朵奇葩。英华不仅促进了武清教育事业大发展，而且对武清社会经济和人文环境的发展也做出了积极的贡献。在这里，我代表区委、区政府向同学们、家长们表示热烈的祝贺！向辛勤的园丁——英华的中外老师们表示衷心的感谢和崇高的敬意！

    Yinghua International School has its own teaching style and education concept, an excellent teachers’ team, advanced teaching equipment, the trust from the parents and the approval from society. You have obtained great achievements and your international features are very special. Your school is not only the representative of Wuqing education but also the excellence in the Tianjin Education Field. Yinghua has helped Wuqing to develop the education focus and also contributed to the development of the Wuqing social economy and humanistic environment. Now please allow me to congratulate the parents and graduates on behalf of the Wuqing District government and great thanks to all the respected Chinese and foreign teachers of.

社会的大发展，离不开教育的现代化；经济的全球化，需要教育的国际化。民办教育是教育事业发展的重要增长点和促进教育改革的重要力量。在武清，民办学校、公办学校，都是武清的学校；聘任教师、公职教师、中国教师、外国教师，都是武清的教师。武清区委、区政府和全区人民过去和将来，都会是一视同仁，一样对待，一样重视，一样支持，一样尊重。在武清这个大家庭里，咱们共同发展，共同前进。

Society can not make greater development without the modernization of education; and the economic globalization goes with the internationalization of education. Private education is an important growth point in the education cause as well as a powerful force in promoting education reform. In Wuqing, private schools and public schools are all our schools; whether privately employed teachers or public service teachers, Chinese teachers or foreign teachers, they are all our Wuqing teachers.

In the past and in the future, the Wuqing Government and the people of Wuqing will always treat them equally with the same respect and support. In the big family of Wuqing, let’s grow and develop together.

发展教育是我们区委、区政府的重要工作职责。我们会一如既往，重视教育，支持教育，为教育办实事，为英华办实事。

To develop education is one important responsibility of the district government. We attach high importance and support to education at all times. We will continue to work to maintain excellent education and do practical work for Yinghua.

目前的武清正呈现高速成长、高速发展的大好形势。武清的可持续发展需要优质教育的支撑，武清的社会和谐、经济腾飞为教育的发展提供强有力的保证。

With the rapid development here, high quality education gives support to the sustainable development of Wuqing and is guaranteed by Wuqing’s  harmonious society and booming economy.

可以这样的说，武清孕育了英华，英华给力了武清；英华是武清的骄傲，武清是英华的后盾。

We can say that, Wuqing breeds Yinghua, Yinghua graces Wuqing.

Yinghua is the pride of Wuqing and Wuqing is always right behind Yinghua.

从现在起，各位同学就将走出英华，走出国门了，迎接你们的将是一片崭新的天地。学习知识，增长能力将是你们今后人生事业中成长进步的基础。我希望各位同学珍惜时光，勤奋学习，健康成长。

From now on, the graduates will leave school and go abroad. There will be a complete new world waiting for you. Studying and exercising your abilities will be the foundation of advancement in your future careers. I hope you will cherish time, study hard and growth healthily.
