Yinghua-Bond International College is a unique educational
community that allows students to study in a Dual Diploma Program. Students will receive their Chinese High School Diploma and their Ontario Secondary School Diploma after 3 years of study. Students are studying two curricula, the Chinese and the Ontario Secondary School one. At present we have over 80 students who have graduated and enrolled in universities or colleges in Canada, a few students have gone to study in the UK, Australia and the Unites States.
The students follow the Ontario Curricula from mid grade to Grade 12. The staff are qualified Ontario Teachers with specialist certificates. Students will study for 10 Ontario Credits. These along with 20 Chinese equivalent credits will give them their OSSD.
Students who study in this program must be top students, who are independent, motivated to learn and have language proficiency capability. These are the successful students. Students learn in an environment of co-operative learning as active participants in the learning process. Students are encouraged to question, debate, challenge and become responsible for their own learning.
